Mazzarò Sea Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World

We had the most amazing time at Mazzaro Sea Palace. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we kept saying how much we loved it. First of all, the staff is beyond kind and accommodating. They even dropped us off a cake to congratulate us on getting married. They were so helpful in suggesting places to eat and how to get into town. The hotel is perfect in many ways. Beautiful beach front property and then pretty much across street from the cable car that takes you into town. Couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel was clean and very beautiful. We want to come back ASAP!!! Thank you again!

Being our first visit to Sicily we were amazed at the proficiency and professional kind attention we received from start to finish of our three night stay. The airport pick up arranged by the resort, the drive and the kindest of welcomes on arrival from Katerina made us feel already at home. The suite with the terrace with a grand view of the beach and ocean cannot be described in words but has to be experienced. The room, bathroom and the most comfortable bed you could relax in. Breakfast is a journey of its own. Vast variety of choices and a total experience as if one is on a journey of its own. The Armonia restaurant is an a league of its own. Try the red prawns fished locally and you will be addicted. The prawn Carpaccio took my wife's breath away, Linguine with Vongole is a must and Tiramisu takes you to gastronomical heaven. All washed down with Etna Rosato. Amazing staff, very attentive and professional all the way. Comfortable sunbeds and attentive service at your fingertips. The overall ambience, the kindness and care taken to make our short stay memorable is definitely on our Wishlist to return to

The location was superb, however what made our stay the best was the warm welcome we received from staff and our entire stay, their willingness to assist with every query or request we had, their helpfulness and service were exemplary. Flavia at reception organized a driver to pick us up from the airport, Nelly and Danilo at reception couldn’t do more to make our stay special. The staff at the restaurant were also an integral part of our experience being wonderful. I can’t name all the staff, too many to mention, but needless to say, we have decided to return again because of them. Thank you for your efforts.

The location is perfect and easily accessible from the cable car and car. Breakfast was abundant and also with additional options other than the buffet. Staff was very friendlly, reception (Katerina), concierge (Davide, Daniel), waiters, assistants at the beach were all very helpfiul and polite. Room service and cleaning was perfect.
